The CORVARA GTX MID Ws is a modern trekking boot that is particularly appealing to sporty outdoor enthusiasts thanks to its low weight. The material mix of its upper – a suede/textile combination – enables maximum performance on the mountain without sacrificing resistance to rough stone and sharp-edged rock.
A robust polyurethane scree protection film on the heel and toe does the rest. In addition, the new VIBRAM CORNERSTONE Ws outsole with a pronounced heel edge and defined tread alignment provides plenty of grip on rough terrain.
The VIBRAM CORNERSTONE Ws sole has a modern profiled sole design with distinctive edges on the lugs, which provide the necessary traction in the forefoot area and grip in the heel area in varying terrain. These good properties are reinforced by the very pronounced heel edge, which increases the braking effect, especially downhill.
Independently adjustable lacing zones, one on the forefoot and one on the upper, allow user to customize the lacing tension and do special foot-hold lacing techniques.
