Shipping

Orders will be shipped Purolator Ground the next business day following the processing of the payment. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes. 

Shipping charges for each item will be displayed in the shopping cart. Shipping will be free of charge for 2 items or more. 

Returns and Exchanges

We will refund a product purchased from our B2C site if returned new and unused in original packaging within 30 days from the date of purchase, if the item is returned new and unused in the original packaging, including all tags and instruction booklets.

Sport Dinaco reserves the right to apply a $15 restocking fee for any item returned without the original packaging or if the packaging is damaged.

A return authorization number must be obtained by calling our customer service department toll free at 1-800-567-9503 (Monday through Friday from 8:45AM to 17:00PM EST), or by email at cs@sportdinaco.com. The return authorization number must be clearly marked on the outside of your package. To avoid damage to the item and/or packaging, please use the return bag that was provided to you in your shipment.

All returns must be accompanied by a proof of purchase. 

Return freight will be paid by the client.  

Reimbursement will be processed within 10 days of receipt of the product using the same payment method as the original purchase. 

Warranty  1 year 

Original proof of purchase required. 

This warranty period covers defects in workmanship and materials from the date of purchase on our site. 

The warranty does not apply to ordinary wear and tear (including but not limited to) damage resulting from the weather, abuse, incorrect assembly or installation, negligence, improper repairs, inadequate fit, alterations, modifications, if the product was used other than in the manner intended, or if the product was purchased from a third party seller that is not one of our authorized dealers. 

We will repair, replace, or credit a defective item purchased from our B2C site within 10 days of the return if the fault is deemed by our warranty technician to be the result of a manufacturer’s defect.

Sport Dinaco will prepare a Call Tag to have the item picked up at the original delivery address. Return freight will be paid by Sport Dinaco.
